Reservation, Deposit and Refund Policy

Villa Meri requires deposits in order to confirm a reservation.  If the reservation has to be canceled, please give more than 2 weeks notice and your deposit will be returned to you in full. If the cancellation is late (less than 2 weeks) Villa Meri will charge the equivalent of two nights at the B&B.

Children

Children are very welcome to share your room. Childeren under the age of two stay for free.

Pets

Pets are allowed only in the apartments of Villa Meri with the additional charge of 5 EUR per day. Only small pets will be allowed.

Smoking

Smoking is not permitted in the house, for the benefit of the guest and the staff. However, we do have balconies and garden area with a fireplace where you are welcome to smoke.

Liability

Villa Meri can not accept any responsibility for any damage caused while using the car parks, all parking is at the guests own risk.

We accept no liability for damage to persons on property and recommend that you arrange adequate travel insurance.
